Mosaic Templars Cultural Center
The fraternal organization of the Mosaic Templars of America was once one of the largest black-owned business enterprises in the world. Their historic Little Rock headquarters building was converted into a museum in 2008. Quatrefoil designed exhibits to reflect the Mosaic Templars social, cultural and political influences from 1875 to 1935, and the West Ninth Street neighborhood using oral history stations, photomurals and projections. A large-scale touchscreen interactive map allows visitors to navigate 1920s Little Rock and learn about the people who helped build it.
